January

Not much happened in Janurary. Oh-ya I did turn another year older on the 10th.

Here is Shaela with a t-shirt that she wears to bed and her school skirt on. I was drying her school shirt and told her to keep her t-shirt on until it was done, well we forgot to change out of it and she went to school with her t-shirt on. She was SO EMBARRASSED.. She called me hystericaly crying.. I made her take a pic with it on when she got home. I did however run her shirt to her quickly.

Took the girls to the Skating rink to try out their new skates on a real rink. They loved it and we have been many times now.

maybe just a little cooler then the garage, but I still liked the 39th street one better.

December

maybe one day I will be on time for the month but as of now I am 7 months behind!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here we go for December. It is my favorite month and we had a blast.

Here we went on our Bethlehem Walk. We loved this and will now make it a yearly tradition.

The girls had a Christmas program at school. Shaela's class played the recorders and Bridget's sang.

Shaela has a figure skating Winter Show. This is one of her costumes we put together. Her bootcovers I made by buying a pair of cowboy boots at the D.I. and cutting the bottoms off and coloring them with marker.

The girls got Roller Skates from Santa and their dad changed the garage into a disco skating rink.

Shaela's Christmas present from us was a decorated room. This is what the end project ended up being. She loves it!



November

November was a GREAT month. During this month we found out that baby girl has NO heart or Kidney defects! Healthy from what they can tell. And that my heart also is holding up well with pregnancy.


Lets get started with the pictures....


Sunny warm day, and we took advantage of it by cleanning the house blinds.. Gidget was my little helper.

First pheasant hunt of the year... I am not sure if Scooter or Shane had funner. Look at that dog, he is not taking his eyes off of those birds......

The girls wanted to try out curlers. I said "sure" and got out the old school ones from grandma's house, you know they kind that REALLY suck to lay and go to sleep on... (don't tell them but I do have soft ones). They did not get any sleep that night, and I doubt they will ever ask again for me to put them in :)

First snowfall and Gidget and the dog had a blast playing together in it.

What a hard little hunter... He ran himself until he bled.. But see the smile..

Finished project.. Bridget made fun of her that she has the same intials as Scooby-Doo

Shaela's school fieldtrip to 'Rome'  This was one of the funnest school activities I have been to.

Shane got a grand idea to tell the girls to throw a birthday party for the Cat and Dog.,... Guess who got to help throw it...

This was the present that Shaela bought (with her own money) and decorated for the cat. Bridget bought (with her own money) a doggy tug toy for the dog of course.

Here is our frog Elvis, Can't believe he is still alive. Shane hit him with a shovel at work in May (the frog was a baby) and brought him home. We still have him to this day...

 Shane rented this bike to take his endorsment driving test on... Now I get to look at and hear bikes on the internet 24/7.......

Bridget's Thanksgiving party at school

Grandpa invited us up to hang with him at the Turkey Shoot. I shot lot's but didn't hit much :)

October Fun.

yep, I am going to post our October fun now that it is Feburary. Maybe one day I will stay caught up.

'Saying goodbye is hard to do....' Had to sell the chickens. We plan to get new ones soon. This was the goodbye pic. for the girls..
